Hired for the busywork. Here for the long haul.

A minute with Irene

Why firms choose Irene

The problem

Your assistants need an assistant.

Good admin staff are hard to find and harder to keep. Enquiries to triage, disclosure to track, responses to chase, costs agreements to draft, and somehow it all ends up on a lawyer's desk.

Irene isn't here to replace your people. She's here to take the load off them.

How she works

Starts small. Stays for the long haul.

  1. 01

    Orientation day.

One of Irene's people visits your firm to learn your processes, precedents and systems.

  2. 02

    Meet your assistant.

Your assistant gets a name, chosen with you, and a short list of agreed duties. Your team reviews their work.

  3. 03

    The role grows.

As trust builds on both sides, your assistant takes on more. When they reach capacity, Irene up-skills them and their role grows with your firm.

Questions

What firms ask first.

Is Irene AI?

Partly, yes. Irene places your own unique digital assistant, which is built from many different technologies, including AI. Your assistant says so when introducing themselves. Irene's people oversee the work behind the scenes.

Every placement starts with an orientation day at your firm, and our CEO does Irene's orientation with every firm we work with. That means you get an Accredited Specialist Family Lawyer with 15 years in the industry to cut through the tech noise. That keeps the number of firms Irene takes on at any one time small.

What happens when the assistant gets something wrong?

Every placement starts on a short list of agreed duties, and your team reviews the work. Irene keeps checking it too. Duties are only added once you're comfortable.

Where does our data live?

In Australia. Your assistant works only inside the systems and duties you agree. We walk you through privacy and confidentiality at your meet and greet.

Can our clients reach a person?

Yes. When a client needs a person, your assistant arranges for someone from your team to call them back.

What does it cost?

Every placement is different, so we work it out with you at the meet and greet. We agree the first duties, and how we'll measure success, before your assistant starts.

Why only by introduction?

Every placement starts with an orientation day at your firm, and Max meets every firm himself. That keeps the number of firms Irene takes on at any one time small.

Placements

Irene works by introduction.

She places assistants at a small number of firms at a time, usually those recommended by someone she already knows.
